This rooftop tent and vendor deserves 10 stars. There was a glitch in shipping and Grace had another tent heading my way in a day or two. The crate the tent arrived in was well done in plywood not cardboard. The delivery men were helpful, courteous and efficient!!! The tent is so well packed it takes some time to get it open. The tent inside was undamaged and in excellent condition with all the needed parts. The mounting hardware is top notch, heavy duty stainless steel. They provide decent tools to aid in the setup and mounting of the tent. Overall in this day age of most companies doing just enough to keep the lawyers happy, YOUNGHUNTER is a breath of fresh air. I am extremely HAPPY with this purchase and highly recommend this company if you are in the market for a roof top tent. I bought this tent with my own money.
